This policy explains what The Don Method ("we", "us") collects on thedonchallenge.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Information you give us: when you request the free guide or contact us, we collect your email, phone number, Instagram handle, age, and occupation. When you purchase, our payment provider Whop collects your payment details. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, IP address, and the ad or link that brought you here (for example campaign tags in the URL). We store attribution tags in a first party cookie and your browser's local storage so we know which ad brought you to us.

2. How We Use It

• To deliver the free guide and program materials you request.
• To contact you about your guide, the challenge, and related offers by email, text message, and phone.
• To process purchases and manage your membership.
• To measure and improve our advertising and site.

3. Text Messages and Calls

By submitting a form on this site with your phone number, you consent to receive text messages and calls from The Don Method about your free guide, the challenge, and related offers, including messages sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time using the contact details below.

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run this business:

• Whop processes payments and manages memberships.
• GoHighLevel is our customer relationship system, used to store your contact details and send the communications described above.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives advertising measurement events from this site, including through cookies and server side reporting. Where identifiers like an email address are used for measurement, they are hashed before being sent.
• Cloudflare hosts this site.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use the Meta pixel and first party cookies to understand which ads and pages lead to signups. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can limit ad tracking in your Meta ad preferences. The site works without cookies, but attribution and some features may not.

6. Data Retention and Your Rights

We keep contact records for as long as we have a business relationship with you or as required by law. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing contact, by emailing us at the address below. We will act on verified requests within 30 days.

7. Children

This site and program are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
